Here at JBO Solutions we are always interested to learn about the latest of innovations out there that may be of interest to our customers. We believe we have found something suitable that we have added to our product range.

WIFI Internet Radio

Wireless internet radios or Wi-Fi radios allow you to tune in to your favourite radio station without being sat at your computer. So what is the differences?

The internet has allowed many new radio stations to broadcast relatively easily. This means that you may have a radio station specific to your home town, or a radio station for your favourite football club - these stations are only currently available online. Perhaps you like to listen to a radio station in America or Australia - all possible thanks to the internet.

This can cause a frustration for the internet radio lover. Either sit by your pc to listen or have speakers with trailing wires all across your home so you can choose to listen anywhere. Often is the case that neither are practical. This is where the wireless wifi internet radio comes into play.

Wireless routers are now becoming commonplace in the home. They allow you to easily connect any computer to your internet connection from anywhere within range. Not only are wireless routers very cheap, most of the main suppliers of broadband internet are giving these away for free.

The wireless internet radio connects to the internet in the same way - using the power of wi-fi. Just input some minor settings into the radio to tell it how to connect to your network then hey presto. You can move the wifi radio to anywhere in your property and have access to thousands of channels to choose from.

Currently JBO Solutions offers two designs of radio - The Alto Wireless Internet Radio and the new stylish Classic 600 Internet Wi-Fi Radio
